Outright honours once again went to Andre Tan in his V8 Radical posting an amazing 1:30.39, well ahead of Chris Jackson's Calibra sports sedan at 1:37.5.

Quickest of the MNRs was Adam Savic, his 1:45.5 a personal best and gaining second place outright in class 4E. Mark Lowing's green Vortx suffered driveline problems which put him out for the rest of the day, but his single lap of 1:45.6 was good enough for second place in class 5D, while Campbell Wilson's Vortx finished thrid in class with a 1:46.2.

But the big interest was in the SVA class, where Leigh Hemmings and Alan Swinton picked up where they left off at Wakefield Park. Once again the two Redback customers turned times well ahead of the SVA pack. But this time Leigh managed to hold on to his new class record of 1:44.9 for the rest of the day. Alan's 1:46.0 saw him second in class, and over 1 second quicker than his previous PB.
